Sheron has been a long time
resident of Cambria, as well as a long time visitor before that! Her
extended family has been here since the late '60, owning the original Cookie
Crock market in the East Village and Bob & Jan's Liquor Store. She's seen
a lot of changes in the community-- from being a small, quiet village where
everything buttoned up early (well, except the bars!) & some never opened on
Sunday (not even the market!) then changing to a vibrant artistic
community with many activities for all, as well as a year-round destination
vacation spot and a longed-for haven to flee to permanently. Many homes
back then were vacation homes and some were quite rustic. Then in the
'80s, things boomed---people finally realized their dreams to move to a
beautiful, quiet community next to the ocean.
Cambria--Pines by the Sea!
From 1989 to 1997, Sheron was the owner of
Rosa's Cantina restaurant (now Los Cambritas).
With her lengthy past in Cambria she has become quite familiar with the people
and the area. Almost 10 years ago, Sheron started her real estate career as an
administrative assistant to the broker at Century 21 Coast Realty in
Cambria-Cayucos. Working in the background processing escrows, listings and
personnel, she gained much knowledge of the operations and contracts side of
real estate.
Sheron became a real estate agent in 2004; currently she is studying to obtain
her Broker's license in order to further her knowledge of real estate. Sheron is
an insightful agent with a great career in front of her.
If you are thinking you'd like to be one
of lucky ones to call Cambria home, call Sheron. She knows the properties
and market in Cambria. She is also quite knowledgeable about all things Cambria
and has many stories to share!
